Solar Project Technician

• Education: Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy (preferred).

• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in solar panel installation, wiring, or maintenance (freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply).

• Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, and battery backup.

  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and wiring diagrams.

  • Hands-on skills in electrical connections, testing, and troubleshooting.

• Physical Ability: Comfortable working outdoors, at heights, and in different weather conditions.

• Soft Skills: Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving attitude.

• Other Requirements: Willingness to travel to project sites and flexibility in working hours.
