O&M Technician

• Education: Diploma / ITI in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field.

• Experience: 1–3 years in operation and maintenance of solar plants, power systems, or electrical equipment.

• Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, transformers, and electrical panels.

  • Ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance.

  • Skilled in troubleshooting faults and restoring system performance.

• Physical Ability: Should be able to work at heights, outdoors, and in varying weather conditions.

• Soft Skills: Good reporting, record-keeping, and communication skills.

• Other Requirements: Flexibility to travel across sites, follow safety protocols, and work in shifts if required.
